Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- 1 3/4 cups mozzarella shredded
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 whole egg
Toppings
- 1/3 cup low carb tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup kimchi
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F/ 190C.
- Place all the ingredients apart from the egg, in a microwaveable bowl. Stir gently to mix together. Microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds or until fully melted. Mix until all is combined.
- Add the egg then mix fast until smooth and fully incorporated to make a cheesy dough.
- Place on a parchment-prepared baking tray and form into a circle shape.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Take out and spread 1/3 cup of tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, kimchi, and green onions. Then, place back in the oven for another 7 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Add some fresh chopped green onions and slice. Enjoy!
