Preheat oven at 350F.
On a pan over medium heat, cook sausage, crumbled or cut into small pieces. Season it with 1 tbsp of fresh sage leaves, salt, and pepper to taste. Place in a large bowl when completely cooked.
On the same pan over medium heat, saute 3 diced celery sticks, and 4 minced garlic cloves over the juices of the sausage for about 5-10 minutes.
In the same bowl, placed the sausage, then proceed to add the 1 egg, 3 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley, 3 tbsp melted butter, 1 tbsp of onion powder, 1 tbsp of fresh chopped sage, and the cooked celery. Mix all
Add 9 crumbled keto cheddar biscuits***see notes, and 1 cup of chicken stock. Mix until all is well combined.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
