Keto Stuffing With Sausage and Biscuits

Turkey stuffing is a famous classic that I just can't go without. The concept behind it is to stick with a keto stuffing no bread policy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground or regular sausage
  • 2 tbsp fresh sage chopped
  • Keto Cheddar Biscuits ***See Notes
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 3 sticks celery diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350F.
  • On a pan over medium heat, cook sausage, crumbled or cut into small pieces. Season it with 1 tbsp of fresh sage leaves, salt, and pepper to taste. Place in a large bowl when completely cooked.
  • On the same pan over medium heat, saute 3 diced celery sticks, and 4 minced garlic cloves over the juices of the sausage for about 5-10 minutes.
  • In the same bowl, placed the sausage, then proceed to add the 1 egg, 3 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley, 3 tbsp melted butter, 1 tbsp of onion powder, 1 tbsp of fresh chopped sage, and the cooked celery. Mix all
  • Add 9 crumbled keto cheddar biscuits***see notes, and 1 cup of chicken stock. Mix until all is well combined.
  • Place in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
