2small heads of cauliflower, chopped into bite size pieces
1/3cupcottage cheese
2/3cupsour cream
3tbspchopped shallot or onion, chopped
2tspfresh dill
1tspsalt
1/4cupshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F/ 190C.
Into a greased baking dish add chopped cauliflower, diced shallots or onions, cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, and fresh dill. Mix together until fully incorporated then top it off with some more fresh dill and shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover it with parchment paper or aluminum foil and place in the oven to bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
