Clean and dry your brussles, place them in a large mixing bowl with a few pinches of salt and toss together to combine.
In a small bowl combine liquid allulose and maple extract or use your favorite sugar free maple syrup. Brush the syrup on the bacon strips and cut them in half to fit the brussel sprouts.
On a parchment prepared baking sheet place the bacon wrapped Brussels and brush them with the remaining syrup. Then add some black pepper on top and bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
To make the sauce, in a small mixing bowl, combine mayo, lemon juice, black pepper, and top it off with some lemon zest. Enjoy!
