Into a mixing bowl add, halved Brussel sprouts, olive oil, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Toss them together until everything is evenly coated.
In a separate bowl mix together grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, and Italian seasoning. Spread the cheese mixture on a parchment prepared baking sheet to cover the surface. Place the Brussel sprouts cut side down on top of the cheese without overlapping.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes and break them apart. Enjoy!
