I have to admit I wasn’t a fan of mushrooms before I started making them this way. Even to this day, this is the only way I would eat a mushroom dish. That’s how good garlic butter mushrooms are!

Garlic Butter Mushrooms
This is a simple side dishe that's a time saver and is still packed with tons of flavor!

Ingredients
- 460 g whole white button mushrooms
- 7 tbsp (100mg) melted unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 3.5 tbsp (50g) melted unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 365F/185C.
- Add whole white button mushrooms to a large mixing bowl with melted unsalted butter, garlic cloves, freshly chopped rosemary leaves, black pepper, and salt. Mix it together until the mushrooms are coated with butter and the spices have distributed evenly. Then transfer them to a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Transfer the mushrooms into a large mixing bowl leaving the juices behind. Add melted butter, chopped parsley and toss it to coat them completely. Enjoy!
