Add whole white button mushrooms to a large mixing bowl with melted unsalted butter, garlic cloves, freshly chopped rosemary leaves, black pepper, and salt. Mix it together until the mushrooms are coated with butter and the spices have distributed evenly. Then transfer them to a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Transfer the mushrooms into a large mixing bowl leaving the juices behind. Add melted butter, chopped parsley and toss it to coat them completely. Enjoy!
