Ingredients
  

  • 6 (1/2 inch thick) boneless pork chops
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-size bowl combine your porkchops with salt, minced garlic, black pepper, olive oil, and thyme.
  • Preheat your oven to 420F/ 215C.
  • Sear the pork chops in a pan over medium-high heat on both sides until they catch some color and are not cooked through.
  • Place the pork chops on a parchment prepared pan and bake for about 10-15 minutes. The time depends on the thickness of your pork chops.
  • Once baked. Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley and Enjoy!
