6 (1/2 inch thick)
boneless pork chops

garlic, minced

salt

thyme, dried

black pepper

olive oil

freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
In a medium-size bowl combine your porkchops with salt, minced garlic, black pepper, olive oil, and thyme.
Preheat your oven to 420F/ 215C.
Sear the pork chops in a pan over medium-high heat on both sides until they catch some color and are not cooked through.
Place the pork chops on a parchment prepared pan and bake for about 10-15 minutes. The time depends on the thickness of your pork chops.
Once baked. Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley and Enjoy!
