In a large mixing bowl add ground beef, paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix it up and begin forming your mini burger paddies (I made mine with about 2 tablespoons of meat each).
To cook the burgers, heat up your pan over medium heat and cook the paddies for about 2 minutes on each side and remove them from the pan.
Cook the crispy bacon in the same pan and set aside.
To prep the fresh ingredients, slice some red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Wash your lettuce and gate some sharp cheddar cheese.
To arrange the salad, first a bed of lettuce, then all toppings.
For the sauce, combine mayo, yellow mustard, salt, and water. Mix it all until fully smooth. You can adjust the consistency of this sauce by adding more or less water. Drizzle the sauce over the salad and get to eating! Enjoy!
