Preheat the oven to 325F/163C.
To start, in a large mixing bowl, add almond flour, salt, and garlic powder. Mix the dry ingredients and then add melted sharp cheddar cheese. Mix the cheese immediately using a rubber spatula by pressing and folding the mixture until all the almond flour has been incorporated.
Place a large piece of parchment paper on top of a flat surface and put the cheese mixture on top. This needs to be done immediately after mixing before the cheese cools down. Place another large piece of parchment paper and press it against the cheese. To flatten it, use a rolling pin and roll in every direction to create a circular flat dough that has an even thickness on all sides.
Proceed to cut out the ghost faces with a very sharp knife. Make random ovals through the dough and then cut the eyes and mouth out. They’re not meant to be pretty, just as long as you have two eyes and one large circle for the mouth to make them look like they are screaming. They’ll look like creepy ghosts. Or if you have cutting molds, that works too.
Place them on a parchment-prepared baking sheet with at least ¼ inch distance. They’ll bake at 325F/163C for 12 minutes or until golden brown and fully dry with minimal cheese bubbles showing. Enjoy!
