In a large pot with boiling water and 3 tbsp of salt, add your cauliflower (that's been cut into quarters) and boil for 15 minutes at medium-high heat.
Remove it from the for and drain any excess water while it cools for 5 minutes in a plate. When it's cooled, add it to a high-speed blender with heavy cream, garlic, unsalted melted butter, salt, pepper, and water.
Blend until completely smooth for about 1 minute. Serve with your favorite protein and enjoy!
