Ingredients

creamy peanut butter
1/2
cup
sweetener (I use erythritol)
1/4
cup
almond flour
1
tbsp
unsweetened cocoa powder
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1

egg
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F/ 176C
In a large bowl, add peanut butter, sweetener, almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, egg, and mix together until well combined.
Scoop 1 tbsp of dough at a time and form into balls to place in your parchment paper prepared pan.
Press each cookie with a fork in cross shape to give it the classic peanut butter cookie shape.
Place in the oven for 12 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes and Enjoy!
