Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (I use erythritol)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F/ 176C
  • In a large bowl, add peanut butter, sweetener, almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, egg, and mix together until well combined.
  • Scoop 1 tbsp of dough at a time and form into balls to place in your parchment paper prepared pan.
  • Press each cookie with a fork in cross shape to give it the classic peanut butter cookie shape.
  • Place in the oven for 12 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes and Enjoy!
