low sodium soy sauce (use coconut aminos for gluten free)

(908 grams) cabbage mix (green and red)

thinly sliced carrots

chopped onions

garlic cloves

ginger powder

Instructions
In a large frying pan or wok over medium heat, add olive oil, onions, and garlic. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Add ground pork, soy sauce, ginger powder, and stir until combined. Let the pork cook through and then add carrots. Stir and cooked for 3 minutes.
Add cabbage mix, stir until well combined. Let it cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Add green onions and mix. Enjoy!
