Chocolate Chia Pudding

This is a must-have 5-minute pudding that will satisfy your chocolate cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 tbsp erythritol or monkfruit sweetener
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Topping (Optional)

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Place all chia pudding ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour the chia blend on to 2 individual serving cups and place them in the fridge for at least 1 hr.
  • Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
