This is the cheesiest fat head dough garlic bread out there. It’s low carb, gluten-free, and a total must-try!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cups mozzarella, shredded
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp baking power
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 whole egg

Cheesy Topping

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375F.
  • Place all the ingredients apart from the egg, in a microwaveable bowl. Stir gently to mix together. Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds or until fully melted.
  • Add the egg then mix fast until smooth and fully incorporated to make a cheesy dough.
  • Place on a parchment-prepared baking tray and form into a garlic bread shape.
  • Bake at 375F for 10 minutes. Take out and spread 1/2 tsp minced garlic and mozzarella cheese then place back in the oven for another 7 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Add some fresh chopped parsley and slice. Enjoy!
