Keto Spicy Mayo
⅓

mayonnaise

lemon juice

hot sauce or paprika

Instructions
Peel the tails of the shrimp off.
Beat 1 large egg in a small mixing bowl. Season it with a pinch of salt and onion powder or adobo seasoning. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the almond flour, parmesan cheese, ½ tsp salt, black pepper and paprika.
Dip the deveined and peeled shrimp into the egg and then coat it with the almond flour mixture.
Prepare your pan with olive oil on a medium to low heat. Place the shrimp into the pan and let it cook until golden brown on each side.
To make your keto spicy mayo, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, water, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
Serve with sauce drizzle or on the side.
Notes
If you are a spicy food lover, go ahead and add extra hot sauce if you like.
