Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

These crazy delicious confections work their way up your heart, not to give you a heart attack, but to give you pleasure without the accompanying guilt.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup organic peanut butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup monkfruit powdered
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Choc Zero white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-size bowl, add 1/2 cup of organic peanut butter, 4 oz of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of powdered monkfruit, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, a 1/2 cup of almond flour, and 1/2 cup of Choc Zero white chocolate chips. Mix until all is combined.
  • Use a cookie scoop or a measuring spoon to scoop out the mixture and form even size peanut butter fat bombs. (I used a 1 tbsp measuring spoon and got 18 balls)
  • Place the fat bombs on parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
