In a large mixing bowl, add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix it all up and add lightly softened unsalted butter.
Incorporate the butter into the dry mixture with a rubber spatula until large crumbles form. Then, add large beaten eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese. Carefully mix it all up with a rubber spatula until just combined.
On a parchment-prepared baking sheet scoop the batter making sure there is at least 1 inch apart between each biscuit (My biscuits are about 4 tablespoons of batter each)
They’ll bake for 15 to 20 minutes depending on the size of your biscuits. We’re looking for perfectly golden-brown biscuits that are completely set in the center. Enjoy!
