paprika

oregano

onion powder

almond flour

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 420°F
In a mixing bowl, place the ground turkey and add the seasoning (paprika, oregano, onion powder, salt, black pepper) combine well.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
Mix the egg and almond flour with the turkey until is all combined.
Prepare your frying pan with olive oil on medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, scoop the turkey mixture and place them into the olive oil.
Wait until the bottom is lightly brown before turning the meatballs over.
Prepare a baking pan by spreading the tomato sauce on the surface.
Once the meatballs have fried on both sides, place them on the tomato sauce.
Top the turkey meatballs with mozzarella cheese and place in the oven for 15 min.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
The turkey mixture will be very soft when you add the egg. After scooping it into the frying oil
they’ll become more meatball like.
