Ingredients

cup
frozen blueberries
1
large
lemon

tbsp
powdered monkfruit sweetener
½
cup
mint leafs
16
oz
lemon flavored seltzer water or plain

oz
white rum
Instructions
In a small bowl, microwave the frozen blueberries for 1 minute.
Add half a lemon squeeze to the blueberries. Mix
Add the powdered monkfruit sweetener and the mint leafs and then smash everything together. Mix well.
Prepare your mojito cups with ice. Place the blueberry mixture on top of the ice. Cut some slices of lemon and place then in your cups.
Pour the the white rum and then the seltzer water. Give it a quick mix and Enjoy!
Notes
Adjust the alcohol amount to your liking.
