large eggs
hard boiled

cup
green onions
chopped

red onion
diced

mayonnaise

mustard
yellow or dijon

dill pickle
diced

paprika

sea salt

large lettuce leaves
for serving
Instructions
Boil the eggs and peel let them cool completely. Add them to a bowl and mash them up with a fork. Then add green onions, red onion, dill pickle, mayo, mustard, paprika, and salt. Mix well until fully incorporated. Serve on a lettuce wrap and enjoy!
