This meal is designed to keep you full and give you tons of energy throughout the day with lots of fat for fuel and protein. This sausage and pepper bowl is full of flavor and it’s super easy to make.
In a large sauté pan, over medium-low heat, add olive oil, chopped shallots, minced garlic, and let it cook for 1 minute or until softened while stirring occasionally. Then add bell peppers, spicy paprika, black pepper, and salt. Sautee until well combined and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with a sunny side egg, chopped tomatoes, half an avocado, and garnish it with freshly chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
