Ingredients
  

  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes or more if you like spice
  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley, packed
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves, grated or finely minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop parsley and cilantro.
  • In a medium size bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until fully combined. Enjoy over your favorite protein!
