Cut your bell peppers in half and remove the insides.
In a small mixing bowl, add tuna, chopped onions, chopped celery, black pepper, salt, mayo, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
Fill the peppers with the tuna mixture and place them in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place the cheese on top. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle some fresh parsley on top and Enjoy!
