Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (I use erythritol)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 cup zero-sugar pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 cups of ice to a high-speed blender, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, half a cup of heavy cream, half a cup of sweetener (I use erythritol), 1 tbsp of vanilla extract, half a cup of zero-sugar pumpkin puree, and 1 tsp of pumpkin spice.
  • Blend it all up by giving it a couple of pulses to break up the ice and then let it run for about 30 seconds or until is completely smooth.
  • Serve it up into your favorite glass and top it off with some whipped cream. Also, a dash of pumpkin spice on the top to give it a nice kick. Enjoy!
