Keto Turkey Meatballs

I never thought I would eat keto turkey meatballs and prefer them over any other. As a carb eater, I was constantly thinking about all the ways a keto meal would be less good than a regular one. Well let me tell you, I was WRONG!

It has been a year and a half since my boyfriend decided to cut carbs from his life and it took me a while to get used to it.

Now that I get to try keto turkey meatballs like this I stopped comparing food and enjoy it for what it is.

These meatballs are a delight and they keep you full! We all know the struggle of eating healthy and feeling hungry but with this recipe you will even have keto turkey meatball leftovers to enjoy another day!

The turkey mixture will be very soft when you add the egg. After scooping it into the frying oil  they’ll become more meatball like.
