sweetketolife.com-keto-truffels-recipe-pecan-pie-low-carb

These keto truffles are the easier, faster, AND tastier way to make your low carb pecan pie. Now, don’t get me wrong, I LOVE pecan pie but this keto pecans recipe is one of the best desserts I’ve ever tried.

These truffles encapsulate everything that’s great about a pecan pie with the great addition of chocolate! They’re so good, I feel like I’ve been missing out my entire life. Why didn’t anyone tell me to put chocolate on top of my pecan pie?!

The toasted pecan flavor, the sweetness, and that satisfying crunch. Every bite is a perfect ratio of pecan to chocolate goodness.

I know everyone goes with the traditional route of making a full pie for the holidays but I promise you, these are worth a spot on your keto dessert table, and people are going to be thinking about them for a long long time.

Pecan pie truffles are an absolute delight. Just by looking at them, they immediately spark joy in my boyfriend’s face (he’s a true truffle fan!) .

This season we even decided to make a big batch so we wouldn’t run out as fast as last time (took around 3 days this time)! It’s so good that we always end up ‘fighting’ for the last truffle 😂

You should try these keto pecan recipes and experience it for yourself.

There are lots of keto pecan recipes on the internet but as I crafted this keto pecans recipe I focused on making them as simple to follow as possible! So that you’ll be able to make some mouthwatering truffles in under 40 minutes.

It’s so easy that your friends and family can also join in on the fun!

Here’s what you’ll need for your keto pecans recipe:

Unlike most keto truffles recipes, my focus was on texture and explosion of flavor. Ensuring that our keto pecan recipe is everything a truffle should be and more!

It has a chocolate coating, that helps them keep their perfectly round shape, but more importantly, it adds the rich chocolaty flavor that goes so well with the toasted pecans.

Honestly, I try my best to resist the urge to dip all my desserts in chocolate (‘balance is key’ – is what I keep repeating to myself), but these truffles just pair with chocolate so well that I had to coat them with some chocolate delight!

Hands down the most delicious keto pecans recipe to grace our holiday festivities. These are so good that your friends and family simply won’t believe you if you tell them it’s a low carb dessert (I tried)!

The King of All Keto Truffles Recipes

I’ve simplified this recipe to the best of my ability, so that no one will have any trouble following this keto truffle recipe.

It’s a sugar-free extravaganza that’s prepared within 40 minutes and every single second will have been worth it once these amazing balls of chocolate heaven enter your mouth.

We all deserve to indulge ourselves with lavish truffles and feel a little fancy once in a while.

I always try my best to treat myself to some pecan pie truffles during fall. While a full pecan pie is good too, as many of you know, it can be a lot of work.

That’s why I LOVE making these simple and absolutely delicious chocolate covered pecan truffles. They’re just as good for half the work!

They also hold up a lot better in the fridge (though they’re usually gone by the 3rd day anyway).

Are Pecans Keto Friendly?

Pecans are tree nuts that work perfectly well with the keto diet. They help you reach ketosis, since it contains very little carbs.

A really delicious and satisfying snack. An ounce of pecan equals only 1.2 grams of net carbs!

I love sprinkling them on my chia pudding for a delicious crunch!

Benefits of Pecan

Pecans are nutritional nuts with a wide range of excellent health benefits and should be incorporated into our diet daily. They’re chock full of minerals and vitamins.

With their sodium and cholesterol free properties they can also help in reducing levels of insulin. According to WebMD.com, pecans aid in lowering blood pressure because they’re a terrific source of zinc, potassium, calcium, magnesium, vitamins A, B, and E.

Can I substitute pecans with walnuts?

While I prefer pecans for baking because of the rich and crunchy texture they develop, walnuts can also be substituted for pecans for these truffles.

Walnuts are also keto friendly since they’re low in carbs and they develop a buttery flavor when toasted. So if you’re out of pecans you can definitely use some walnuts instead!

My keto pecan recipe is very close to my heart. I’ve attempted a lot of keto pecan recipes but this one is the undisputed king in my book.

The fact that they only have 1.5 net carbs per tuffle is just incredible. You can have more than one of these, and still have enough carbs for more dessert!
