Egg Roll In A Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb ground pork
  • 4 tsp low sodium soy sauce (use coconut aminos for gluten free)
  • 32 ounces (908 grams) cabbage mix (green and red)
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large frying pan or wok over medium heat, add olive oil, onions, and garlic. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add ground pork, soy sauce, ginger powder, and stir until combined. Let the pork cook through and then add carrots. Stir and cooked for 3 minutes.
  • Add cabbage mix, stir until well combined. Let it cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Add green onions and mix. Enjoy!
