Easy Keto Tuna Fritters

This is one of those meals that scream comfort food. In my house I make these keto tuna fritters when I either feel like not cooking or just want a quick tasty meal. They are so easy to make and once I start eating them I just can’t stop.

When having a strict diet it’s tiresome to cook a custom meal every single day! That’s why I’m giving you my special lazy day recipe so you too can see that you don’t have to put a lot of effort cooking every day to eat healthy and reach that goal weight.

Can I substitute the Tuna?

Yes you can! The beauty about these fritters is that you can make them with any type of fish or lean meat. You could use canned chicken or crab and it’ll still hold it’s shape and retain it’s beautiful flavors.

What can I eat with these keto tuna fritters?

You can make a lettuce sandwich out of it or use your favorite keto friendly bread. I usually like eating mine with my spicy mayo dip and some feta cheese sprinkled over. It’s just so perfect!

When Cooking…

Make sure that your olive oil is at medium to low heat. I know sometimes we are in a rush and want to speed up the process, but you’ll have to be a little patient.

When cooking with olive oil it’s better to cook at medium to low heat in order not to burn your oil. Also, almond flour  burns very easily so we want to cook it all through without potentially burning the exterior.
