Ingredients
  

  • 5 skin-on large chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F/ 204C.
  • Pat dry your chicken drumsticks with a paper towel. Place them in a mixing bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix everything until all drumsticks are fully coated.
  • Place the drumsticks on a parchment prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
