Ingredients
- 5 skin-on large chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F/ 204C.
- Pat dry your chicken drumsticks with a paper towel. Place them in a mixing bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix everything until all drumsticks are fully coated.
- Place the drumsticks on a parchment prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
