Chia seed pudding is one of my favorite treats! Whether is first thing in the morning for breakfast or as an afternoon treat, this chocolate pudding always satisfies my chocolate craving while keeping me healthy and full! I love how convenient this recipe is.

Chocolate Chia Pudding

This is a must-have 5-minute pudding that will satisfy your chocolate cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 tbsp erythritol or monkfruit sweetener
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Topping (Optional)

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Place all chia pudding ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour the chia blend on to 2 individual serving cups and place them in the fridge for at least 1 hr.
  • Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
