Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 box of 16 Catalina Crunch Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
  • 7 oz of LiLy’s semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, pulverize 16 whole cookies.
  • Place your cookie powder in a large bowl and add 4 oz of softened cream cheese. Mix it together until well combined.
  • Using a tsp measurement, scoop your dough and form small balls.
  • Place your cookie truffles in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Melt 7 ounces of semi sweet sugar free chocolate chips. Mix in 1 tsp of coconut oil.
  • Dip your frozen cookie truffles in the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  • Place them back in the freezer for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
