An easy way of making AMAZING homemade peanut butter! It's so creamy and flavorful - you won't be able to stop putting it on everything!
Place your raw peanuts in a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes and mix them up. Place back in the over for another 7 minutes or until evenly golden brown.
Let them cool completely (for about 40 minutes). Add them to a blender with coconut oil and sweetener. Pulse at high speed 5 times then let it run at medium speed for 1 minute. Turn off.
Mix up with a spoon and run the blender again for 3 minutes or until completely smooth. Enjoy!
